Melamine procedure

1、 Preheating procedure: weigh the tableware grams produced according to the needs with the raw material box, put it into the high-profile wave for uniform preheating, and heat the powdered raw materials into blocks (coagulation but not dispersion).

2、 Plain surface procedure: pour the preheated agglomerated raw materials into the mold, start the mechanical plain surface procedure, and conduct high temperature and high pressure, curing and molding (commonly used for compression molding with a press).

3、 Decal procedure: cut the decal paper brushed with gloss powder according to the flower shape and stick it on the plain shaped tableware as required. The decal paper shall be pasted correctly, the decal orientation shall be moderate, and it shall be beautiful and generous for people to see. After pasting the flowers, start the mechanical printing procedure. The printing needs to be pressed and molded by the press for the second time, and the decal paper shall be printed on the tableware.

4、 Gold adding procedure: after the product is pasted with flowers, evenly sprinkle light powder on the product surface. The light powder cannot be sprinkled less, otherwise it will affect the color of the product. Of course, it cannot be sprinkled more. Then start the machine, after mechanical high temperature and high pressure, curing, the product surface has porcelain like luster.

5、 Polishing procedure: after the products are produced, they should be polished and polished, because the products produced have rough edges, which is not conducive to the use of people's life and is easy to damage people's hands and mouth; Therefore, grinding and polishing are essential. By grinding and polishing, the rough edges of the product can be removed to make the product look more beautiful and the edges more smooth.

6、 Inspection and packaging procedures: polishing operation enters the inspection link, and quality inspection shall be strictly controlled. Initial inspection and re inspection shall be set to pick out unqualified products, and then enter the warehouse for packaging

Due to the high price of melamine powder, some illegal businessmen directly use urea formaldehyde molding powder as raw material in order to pursue profits; Some use urea formaldehyde molding powder as raw material, and then apply a layer of melamine powder on the outer surface of  tableware. Tableware made of urea formaldehyde is harmful to human body
